The Centre for Knowledge Management of Nanoscience & Technology (CKMNT), a project of ARCI, Department of Science & Technology (DST), Govt. of India, publishes a quarterly newsletter "Nanotech Insights' (ISSN 2229-5992) in January, April, July, and October each year. The newsletter is now available for sale through annual subscription. The subscription details are as under:

WITHIN INDIA Print copy+online access
Academic Institutions / Individuals: Rs. 2000 per year / 4 issues
Others: Rs. 5,000 per year / 4 issues

OUTSIDE INDIA
Print copy+online access: Rs 10,000 (~ US$ 200) per year / 4 issues
Online access only: Rs 6,000 (~ US$ 125) per year / 4 issues

PAYMENTS

CKMNT offer multiple methods to make payments for your order which include Credit Card, Debit Card, (We accept all VISA, MasterCard both Indian and International), Demand Draft & Cheque and ECS/RTGS. All Credit/Debit card details remain confidential and private. CKMNT and our trusted payment gateway use SSL encryption technology to protect your card information.

YOUR SUBSCRIPTION MEMBERSHIP ACCOUNT

If you use the CKMNT site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. CKMNT reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders in their sole discretion if it is found that the subscriber/account holder misuses the subscription account. Unless renewed in time, the membership account shall be automatically disabled after expiry of the subscription.

CONTENT

You may access and download the material only as required to view the material on your web browser for your individual use, keeping all copyright and other notices on the material. You may print a single copy of material for your use. You may not republish or distribute any material or do anything else with the material, which is not specifically permitted under this agreement. CKMNT trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not CKMNT's, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers, or in any manner that disparages or discredits CKMNT. All other trademarks not owned by CKMNT that appear on this site are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to, or sponsored by CKMNT.

SHIPMENT

CKMNT shall ship the hard copy of the newsletter through courier/by post within 15 days of receiving the subscription fee. In case of online subscription the soft copy of the newsletter will be available immediately after making the online payment.

CANCELLATION/REFUND/RETURN POLICY

ou are granted a limited, revocable, and exclusive right to read and download the soft copy of the newsletter "Nanotech Insights" after we receive your payment. Once subscription fee is paid and got access to the soft copy of the newsletter and down loaded the content, the subscription fee will not be returned under any circumstances and the subscription will have to be continued for one year. PRIVACY POLICY

• CKMNT is committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use information collected from you lawfully as a customer for processing your order and, to provide you with the best possible service.

RISK OF LOSS

All items purchased from CKMNT are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This basically means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. However as a special case CKMNT may consider shipping the hard copies of the newsletter in case of any missing issues due to shipment problems when it is notified to CKMNT with in the subscription period.

APPLICABLE LAW

By visiting CKMNT and subscribing to "Nanotech Insights" means, you agree that the laws of the state of Andhra Pradesh, India, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and CKMNT.

DISPUTES

Any dispute relating in any way to your subscription to "Nanotech Insights' or to products you purchase through CKMNT shall be dealt as per India Arbitration Act. The arbitrator's award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction in India.

SITE POLICIES, MODIFICATION, AND SEVERABILITY
